Covid-19 Update
Due to the recent relaxation of lockdown measures from the Welsh Government we are happy to announce we will be re-opening on Monday 13th July with a few slight changes to our normal operation. We have also achieved our ‘We’re Good To Go’ accreditation from Visit Britain. Below are changes we will be making along with advice in accordance with Taxi and Private Hire guidance from the Welsh Government:
1. We will only be operating tours with customers who are in the same household or ‘bubble’. With this in place, tours are likely to fill up quick so please book early to avoid disappointment.
2. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the tour and used after each stop. Please wash hands before entering the vehicle.
3. Customers will be asked to not sit in the front passenger seat.
4. We now accept debit or credit card payments.
5. Our vehicle will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each tour. Areas Include: door handles, window winders, seat belts, card payment devise, the rear of the front seats and any other surfaces that passengers may have touched.
6. Windows will be open as much as possible throughout the tour to keep the vehicle well ventilated.
7. Full contact details will be needed upon booking for track and trace purposes.
8. Please do not travel with us if you have any Covid-19 symptoms.
9. As of the 27th July 2020, anyone traveling on public transport in Wales has to wear a face mask.
10. Our vehicle is fully MOT’d and is checked regularly by the Pembrokeshire County Council Licencing Department.
11. Please note that the tour route might vary last minute to avoid any busy/overcrowded locations.
